JOSEPH LIVES THE DREAM

“A Dream Come True”. We often hear the term, but rarely does it occur, however last weekend, a dream truly became a reality for Joseph Fitton. Joseph has an intellectual disability and relies on the Endeavour Foundation for employment, skills training and day to day personal development.

Joe has been involved in Jamie Lawson’s “Straight On Rallysport” team for the past seven years. Mostly he would help service and clean the car at events and do whatever hands on duties he could manage. But on Saturday June 26^th, he moved up the team ladder and got to compete in the rally car alongside Jamie.

Our latest and greatest sponsor to come on board is Central Queensland Petroleum. Throughout the year we use quite a bit of fuel, both in the rally car and going to and from events all over QLD & NSW.
We are very grateful and thankful to have CQP on deck and like all our sponsors, will be doing all we can to gain maximum exposure for them.

2010/11 SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES

We are currently in the process of seeking and locking in our sponsors for the next twelve months. Our sponsorship packages run in conjunction with the financial year.
We have been very fortunate to of had and maintained some fantastic sponsors and supporters over the years. We work very hard to ensure their satisfaction and that they receive a great return on their investment and sense of belonging with in our team.
We have some very big and exciting plans in the pipeline, so have extended our sponsorship proposal base to many companies right across Australia.

2010 FRONTIER SERVICES CLASSIC OUTBACK TRIAL
Once again the Straight On Rallysport Team will be lining up to contest the Classic Outback trial.
The 2010 COT will start and finish in Forbes and cover 3500km of challenging stages throughout regional NSW. Terrain will vary from tough private property tracks, state forestry and shire roads.
Last year we entered in a borrowed Ute. Up until a clutch failure, we were very competitive and certainly enjoyed the event. This time round we will be in our vehicle bought specifically to tackle the endurance of this rally. Once again it is a VS Ute, but has a 6cyl, making it a much lighter and more balanced vehicle.
The 2010 COT runs from the 22nd - 29th August and will certainly be Australia's longest and toughest rally on the 2010 calendar.

"RIDE OF A LIFE TIME"

Fifty very special people with an intellectual disability had a ride of their life at the Willowbank Autocross track on February 28th. 13 of Queensland's finest rally cars and crews tossed their regular navigators aside and strapped these very excited guys from the Endeavour Foundation in and took them for one hell of a ride.
The entire day was a-buzz with excitement and was an amazing experience for all involved.
Through the assistance of RACQ Insurance and the QLD Fuel group, we were able provide this rare and amazing opportunity at no cost to Endeavour.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone involved in making this special day a reality.
